“A few years ago we had a Howdens kitchen fitted, complete with the Lamona appliances. All of which have served us faithfully over the years. Today the fridge freezer died, so I contacted the number in the manual, but their solution wasn't acceptable. I then phoned Howdens in Borehamwood, where we had bought the kitchen originally, and spoke to a very nice man named Howard. Howard immediately swung into action, arranged to have a brand new replacement fridge delivered the next day and even put me in contact with someone who would install it, as it is an integrated fridge freezer. Throughout, he was polite, friendly and very helpful. I can't speak highly enough of the level of service. It is not often that you come across someone so willing to help and who not only does so, but does it quickly and without fuss. 5 stars all the way.”

“I had a fantastic breakfast here with family on the Easter bank holiday Monday. The café was fairly busy but service was prompt and the staff were friendly. The food was great - I had the "Hangover" breakfast - and there was just so much of it. I rarely visit Borehamwood but if I return I will be back for another breakfast.”

“We arranged to take the whole of Nyftha House at Brecon. It is difficult to express quite how excellent the staff, accommodation, food and of course the guides were. Being an HF novice, what staggered me was the food. From breakfast through to the huge take-away buffet for lunch to a really great evening meal. The manager,Tiffany and her staff were excellent. In fact everything was. There were 34 of us and everyone was impressed. On behalf of all of us, thank you for going that extra mile to make this such a memorable holiday.”

“Having just bought a brand new house, my husband and I had been looking everywhere for a nice dining set and matching living room furniture for both the kitchen and for our dining/living room. We are absolutely over the moon with our kitchen dining set, our dining room set and the occasional and living room furniture we bought, which matches perfectly and fits in around the sofa's we have. The quality of the furniture is Fantastic and has already been complimented on by family and friends.
