They have cared so deeply for her and have really take the time to tailor things to her needs to ensure that she was being exposed to things in the best way for her. It was this degree of attention and care that we found to be unique and truly world class in terms of childcare. In the time she has been there she truly has flourished and formed such amazing close bonds with her careers. The facilities are great, they are clean and well planned for the children to get the most out of their time there; the newly developed outside space makes it extra special. As my daughter transitions to the pre-toddler room I have no fear; as I know such a great team will be awaiting to care for her; managed by a fabulous management team.”

All under one roof and with no John Lewis at Watford, Lords is a mini version, but ample of choice in most things for the house..be it gardening supplies, kitchen ware, cookware BBQs, paints, DIY tools, storage etc..and you get to support the high street shops..what more can one ask. Also, certain items one wants to browse and purchase, so online isn't a choice all the time.”

“I have been taking my child to Tappy Toes in Rickmansworth for the last 2 years. The lessons are just the right length and structure, giving little ones a chance to enjoy the music and dancing, but also learn to listen to instruction along the way. We didn't go for the online Zoom classes during Covid as that didn't work for us, but I appreciated that Tappy Toes were making an effort to bring the dance classes into families' homes and I thought the price they offered for the virtual classes was very reasonable. Since being back in person, I have felt very happy. All adults wear face masks, there are individual spots for each carer/child to dance around and hand sanitiser available. The door was also left open allowing fresh air to flow. We had the chance to purchase our own prop bag (pom poms, dance ribbon) which we liked (and the cost was again, reasonable), but they do have props on hand should you not go for this or forget. I should also mention that my child found going back to class difficult and the team at Tappy Toes dealt with this very sensitively and proactively. I would definitely recommend them.”

“My Cavalier King Charles Teddy goes to Village Dog Grooming every 5 weeks he had previously been going to another groomers but as he was nervous he didn’t like going and they had no time for him. Antoinette on the other hand is so kind, caring and she gives Teddy all the time he requires. He actually has a sleep whilst he is having his coat clipped. Antoinette is so knowledgeable on each breed of dog and how they should and shouldn’t be clipped. She is so calming and just has the most amazing mannerisms about her. Teddy now gets so excited when we pull up at her house. I also love the fact it’s one to one and not a conveyor belt like many other companies. Antoinette has been very Covid safe throughout. Teddy comes back smelling amazing and so so soft. I can highly recommend Village Dog Groomers.”
