“Anxiety, depression and bereavement I have suffered with all 3 of these issues for a number of years before receiving help from Dominique. I’d had therapy sessions in the past and wasn’t exactly sure how this could be any different - how wrong I was! Dominique first treated me for the bereavement I was suffering badly with. Anxiety was treated alongside the therapy for despession. Dominique has a wondeful way and explained how and why the brain works the way it does- this was wondeful for me as I love to know how the body operates. To summerise my treatment I can honestly say I miss my weekly session. Dominque has been the best therapist I have ever had. “A small, but efficient pharmacy. Very helpful staff and a couple of seats if you have to wait for your Meds. For the size of store (small) it is quite well stocked. If they have not got what you want, I believe it can be ordered in for you. There is car parking for this and other shops in the parade. However, like a lot of free car parking, it tends to get abused by people who park here for the station. Although happy to see that some cars got parking tickets recently !! Regretabbly it is no longer Boots, as Boots sold it off !! THIS PLACE IS NOW CLOSED !!”

The make up counter staff also give excellent personal service, and they sell perfumes that you cannot get elsewhere locally. Department stores in Tunbridge Wells and even in London didn't have a fragrance that I searched for, yet Paydens did! (Hoopers, Harvey Nichols didn't have it) I'd recommend Paydens to everyone!!”

“From travel vaccinations to routine appointments I’ve visited the practice on several occasions over the last few months and can only say the experience has been excellent. Antonella and Jane are warm, friendly and very efficient, can usually get an appointment within 10 days for non-urgent or same day if urgent. Maybe things were better in a mythical past but hard pressed to find a GP surgery offering much better at present when stretched. Have had very good telephone appointments that were on time for things that don’t need to be seen in person and effective, on time in-person appointments. I’d read the reviews before moving into the area and St. John’s was one of the few places accepting patients, naturally was a bit concerned. The reality is on recent experience, this is a very good GP practice where you CAN get an appointment. Unrealistic expectations of a stretched service do not provide a representative view of the practice.”
