She’s only 3 and had to sit through some scaling but Dr Gowie made her feel so comfortable she didn’t even flinch. “5 STAR TREATMENT!! I was recommended by a friend to go to dental beauty as I am a very nervous patient and have always put off the dentist for years! I had to have teeth out and was very anxious about it all. Dr Sophie has been looking after me and is making my whole experience of coming back to the dentist a breeze, she has been kind, patient, understanding and explaining everything step by step, what is going on! The anaesthetist Dr ravalia was also amazing kept me calm through the whole thing also explaining in detail! I would go back tomorrow if I needed anymore more teeth out! I immediately called the practice and they managed to get me an emergency appointment for few hours later on the same day. Once figured out the issue, 2 days later Dr Sim Mangat and nurse DiPi brilliantly rebuilt the tooth with filling and fixed everything up. They did a miracle really. I am also usually a bit of a nervous patient when it comes to medical checks and needles, but I immediately felt I was in very good hands and they made me feel relaxed and comfortable.
