“Staff are always friendly and helpful. My medications are complicated and it took a few attempts to sort out what I needed. I got fed up. I got angry but the staff that dealt with me never did. They are honest .helpful and do what they say in the best way possible. They are human and they get tired (yes I saw the swollen eyes and tired faces). During this Covid they stepped up and maintained the excellent service. Long live you all. bless you and I pray you are all treated with the respect you deserve .. Thank you Newman's”

“Open until very late which was really helpful. I was flying out the following morning and realised I didn’t have enough medication. Called 111, the Pharmacy got in touch and accessed my records to be able to prescribe my medication instantly so that I had enough meds whilst I was away! Brilliant! Only thing is no driving access, so you have to park your car a little further away and walk through the town centre which isn’t always lit up and can be slightly scary.”
