Love that they are small and local which is more personal and the one to one service they offer compared with the larger corporates. A super lovely family run business who treat your fur baby's like their own. I trust my little Archie with them completely. His tail wags just at the sound of their voices on the telephone and he cannot wait to hang out with their cockerpoo Teddi. Highly recommended. UPDATE 14.12.22 : Little Archibald is now 3 years old. Time flies when you're having fun and my precious little pea is still living his best life at Queens Bark with whom he's grown up with. I often consider moving further afield but cannot imagine tearing my little one away from his big brother Teddi and his Queens Bark family. His waggy little tail every morning when they do their daily pick up is just so heartwarming and reassuring to witness.”

I had a nightmare for years with absolutely atrocious London GPs, with my last one (King Edwards Medical Centre) leaving me feeling completely unsafe health wise, while it was quite a way away from me I decided to give Abbey medical Centre a go. In about two weeks with them I've received better support than I had in two years from my previous GP, physicals booked, appointments sorted fairly quickly, referrals around long-running health issues booked etc Genuinely blown away, but how much this feels like the NHS a few years ago for the massive drop in quality/capacity.”

“Staff are always friendly and helpful. My medications are complicated and it took a few attempts to sort out what I needed. I got fed up. I got angry but the staff that dealt with me never did. They are honest .helpful and do what they say in the best way possible. They are human and they get tired (yes I saw the swollen eyes and tired faces). “Open until very late which was really helpful. I was flying out the following morning and realised I didn’t have enough medication. Called 111, the Pharmacy got in touch and accessed my records to be able to prescribe my medication instantly so that I had enough meds whilst I was away! Brilliant! Only thing is no driving access, so you have to park your car a little further away and walk through the town centre which isn’t always lit up and can be slightly scary.”
