“I had an appointment at the London Cat Clinic today my "Little Diva" cat's nails needed to be clipped, she's not good with strangers or unfamiliar environments.. so becomes very anxious!!! And rebels against being handled where her nails are concerned.. but I was pleasantly amazed by Doctor (Farhe) I know I've mis-spelt his name "apologies!" “I brought my dog in after he had been attacked by another dog. I was in shock and the receptionists were FANTASTIC, they jumped into action straight away and made sure both me and my boy were okay. The vet and the nurse were also fantastic! Our dog has severe issues at the vets, which added to my concern in the situation (and his, most likely!) but they were so very kind and patient with him. It ended up being not too bad of a wound, and I can't express how grateful I am to them for helping both him and myself in a really stressful situation. I was a bit of a mess when I arrived and was MUCH calmer by the end of the visit, which is entirely down to the wonderful staff being so attentive and caring with my boy. Based on this visit, I could not recommend Alder's enough :)”
