"This practice is so good that even though my partner and I moved to Switzerland 4 years ago, we still prefer to fly back to the UK for some annual check ups. The team is highly professional, needs and customer focused, transparent and communicative, always friendly and willing to help. The check ups are thorough in a way I've not seen at other dentists."

"For the past 58 years of my life, I have always and only, attended my faultless dental practice in Devon. However, living in London and with this wretched Covid, trying to obtain emergency dental appointments, places immense pressure on dentists under very testing times at the moment. I frustratingly broke a tooth, dashed to Devon for an emergency repair and a week later, I managed to break off more of my weakening tooth. Unable to get back down to Devon, I rang them for their kind and understanding appreciation to allow me to look elsewhere for vital treatment to save my tooth - hence how I ended up at the highly recommended Buckley Practice. Known for being an emotional wreck, I was terrified of going to a completely new dentist for a major major invasion. From the moment the front door was opened by Holly with the warmest of welcomes - to her goodbye - (after my treatment nearly two hours later), I could have equated my visit to one of the best experiences of a lifetime. The professional manner Dr Sean Buckley welcomed me with to his practice, listening to my history of what had happened, taking photos and X-rays and then fully explaining how he would like to proceed, immediately put me at total rest. I never felt the anaesthetic at all and what drilling, cold water flushing and whatever else was done was totally and utterly completely painless. For anybody terrified of major dental treatment, I cannot fault the total dedicated professionalism bestowed upon me. Everything was fully explained before, during and after and I seriously can only recommend attending here if you have any qualms. I read one poor review by the way - because a patient was asked to give their card number before they arrived for their appointment. This is becoming the norm. So many patients make bookings and then don’t bother to turn up. Staff are employed to be there for your appointment; running costs these days are horrendous. By taking a small deposit helps to fund this if you happen to forget your appointment (and whose fault is that?) Your appointment at a set time cannot be given to anyone else - it’s too late. Professionals, as I found at The Buckley Practice, from the reception staff to Dr Sean and his dental nurse are far and few between. I only have the fullest admiration for this team, so don’t hesitate to attend here, if like me, you are terrified. Enjoy the experience!"

"Well worth my journey from Henley for friendly, professional treatment. The environment is very reassuring and family orientated. All explained, and no surprises. They've done a great job to remove the tea and red wine leaving my smile nicely natural. Parking easy."

"Used The Buckley practise a few years ago for a lower wisdom tooth removal …………… had a few problems with the extraction (probably could have happened anywhere though). Just tried to book an appointment for the removal of the last wisdom tooth and feel the receptionist was more akin to a used car salesman ! they wont make an appointment for an initial check up without an upfront £50 payment over the phone, then she is trying to book a longer session (extra payment) even though I had explained I need a wisdom tooth out and it wont be done in the initial appointment. I cannot imagine asking one of my clients for £50 up front, before they could walk through the door!! Booked and seen another private dentist locally with a professional and courteous service …..my advice would be to shop around ….there's better out there!"
