“Sarah and the team at Woodham Lane Vets have been wonderful with Bella, she had a large cyst that other vets said they had to amputate a toe to get rid of it. Sarah happily gave me a second opinion and was reassuring, Bella now has all of her toes and no cyst! The care we received was second to none and the advice and follow up care was brilliant! Amy and Patsy were always friendly and helpful and Bella got lots of snuggles! I've been with this dentist for over 15 years now, I've moved twice - further away each time. I now live 10 miles away from them but still attend my 6monthly visits, because they are so great. “It is not the practice’s fault that it is understaffed and trying to cope with a large capacity of patients. The system in place is the very best that can be offered at this time. Like most patients, I have to fill out submission forms and wait quite a while if I call but there has not been a single time my request hasn’t been met within the time frame promised. I know sometimes mistakes are made, but that happens to all of us. The staff and very helpful and polite. And if, in the past, there have been any problems, the practice has dealt with this swiftly.
