“I was referred to Banstead clinic for a physiotherapy appointment and was incredibly fortunate to see Clare Chilvers. I have been suffering with acute pain from an ongoing issue with nerve pain from damaged discs in my back, medication was not making any difference. I left the clinic feeling there was light at the end on the tunnel, with advice on gentle exercise, medication, acupuncture and suggestions to help with sleep. “I ended up coming here to see Natasha the hygienist because my NHS dentists wait was over 4 months (and that was on top of waiting 6 months for a check up)!! Embarrassingly after not seeing a hygienist for nearly 5 or so years she had her work cut out. She did a fantastic first clean, and I've just returned from a check up appointment and second clean. Considering they needed a thorough clean, it was all done gently and the difference was instantly noticeable. At no point did I feel judged for not going for so long (which I was worried about) and Natasha has given me some fantastic advice for future care. It's such a shame I can't afford to swap to full private dental care as this place is brilliant, all the staff I have interacted with have been friendly, caring and incredibly professional!”

“I cancelled my repeat prescription order from Boots in Banstead as have experianced late delivery over the past four months, and not answering the Pharmacy phone for days on end, this month I had again to phone to find out why my prescription was five days late, Boots told me they had delivered the request on the 18th of April, I phone the clinic who advised me they had nor received the repeat request from Boots, that's when I gave up on Boots. Contacted Lloyds Banstead to take over my order, found staff very helpfull and after contacting my clinic for my details, even collected my overdue prescription from Boots and delivered it to me the same day. If that is the standard of service from Lloyds Pharmacy I am very glad I changed. Thank you Lloyds.”
