“Took g'son for cut here. His mum booked appt online. Only 2 or 3 parking spaces outside shop & some in the street, so arrive early in case. Barber was ready & waiting. I showed him photos of previous hair cut & he got on with it, no problem at all. My G'son is 8 & chats for England & the barber entertained his insessant talk! This hair cut was exactly as photo shown. Needless to say both g'son & his mum very pleased. They take both cash & cards, which is handy. Definitely will go again.”

“Sarah and the team at Woodham Lane Vets have been wonderful with Bella, she had a large cyst that other vets said they had to amputate a toe to get rid of it. Sarah happily gave me a second opinion and was reassuring, Bella now has all of her toes and no cyst! The care we received was second to none and the advice and follow up care was brilliant! Amy and Patsy were always friendly and helpful and Bella got lots of snuggles! We have now moved vet practices and have got both our dogs at Woodham Lane Vets and have also registered to their Healthy Pet Club. Thanks again for looking after our old girl so so well!”

The receptionist was and always has been kind, welcoming and always remembers me and now my kids. Never once have I walked into the receptionist and just sat there ignored like so many big practice do. I'm always feel welcome there. Sharaz, is my best dentist ever. She talks to you, asks about family, and treats you as a friend. She discussed my cleaning regime, and made me change my ways to prolong the decay of my teeth. She's quick and great my kids. I've been with this dentist for over 15 years now, I've moved twice - further away each time. I now live 10 miles away from them but still attend my 6monthly visits, because they are so great. Highly recommended.”

“It is not the practice’s fault that it is understaffed and trying to cope with a large capacity of patients. The system in place is the very best that can be offered at this time. Like most patients, I have to fill out submission forms and wait quite a while if I call but there has not been a single time my request hasn’t been met within the time frame promised. I know sometimes mistakes are made, but that happens to all of us. The staff and very helpful and polite. And if, in the past, there have been any problems, the practice has dealt with this swiftly.
