“I’ve been invited by Dr. Anita Selva to do a short tour of the Sevenoaks dental and wellbeing practice. First image of the business is the outside building and how easy can be observed by people which pass through the street , the cabinet is placed on the street and can easily be accessed by people.Outside of the building close to main entrace the building can provide 5-6 sit park car .From the entrance I was able to see the policies and procedures, regulations up-to-date exposed on the waiting area walls , which can reflect easily the importance of patients. The staff experience and the welcome attitude will make the patients feel more comfortable with the treatment. The building have 3 surgeries room with brand new technology, with all the equipment sterilised, an x-ray room where is marked with signs for safety of patients.”

I had avoided going to a dentist for years, I am also an apprehensive patient and in a dentists chair had earlier suffered sweating and increased blood pressure, but with Natallia for the first time found a dentist with sympathy and care, such that my worries disappeared. Natallia had carried out a root canal procedure with such care on a rear tooth and which had been causing problems for a very long time, it is I understand a complicated procedure. I was delighted with her work and felt no pain at all since, and my fear of dentists, fortunately evaporated.. I fully recommend her, and the practice.”

“I arrived at the walk in test centre. The gentlemen at the reception desk was so polite and helpful. The lady who gave me my jab was also so polite and helpful. I couldn't of asked for a better service. It's so lovely to have friendly faces that put you at ease before your jab. I couldn't recommend them enough for their service and I would tell everyone to come here to have their vaccine.”

“I must say reading all the negative reviews, has really shocked me. I have been with this practise for about a year now. I have never had a problem getting an appointment. The receptionists can never do enough for me and are always so helpful. Dr White is currently helping me and I must say she is very thorough, always calls back if I need to ask advice and i instantly felt comfortable. Thank you. Some reviews have been quite rude…. But you cannot please everyone and I think those people must be very hard to please or woke on the wrong side of the bed!!”

“From travel vaccinations to routine appointments I’ve visited the practice on several occasions over the last few months and can only say the experience has been excellent. Antonella and Jane are warm, friendly and very efficient, can usually get an appointment within 10 days for non-urgent or same day if urgent. Maybe things were better in a mythical past but hard pressed to find a GP surgery offering much better at present when stretched. Have had very good telephone appointments that were on time for things that don’t need to be seen in person and effective, on time in-person appointments. I’d read the reviews before moving into the area and St. John’s was one of the few places accepting patients, naturally was a bit concerned. The reality is on recent experience, this is a very good GP practice where you CAN get an appointment. Unrealistic expectations of a stretched service do not provide a representative view of the practice.”

“I saw Avi for lip fillers and wanted a really natural look, it was the first time I had it and was really excited but nervous. Avi spent a lot of time on consultation and showing me different photos of what to expect, I am so happy with the results it’s transforming my appearance, thank you so much. If there’s one negative you do need to wait for a while to see her as she’s quite busy but it’s so worth it, recommended thank you”

“My 2 year old has now had his hair cut twice by Tasha and we both couldn't be more impressed. Tasha is just so bloody good with him (and the sweetie he gets when she's finished is a lovely touch). One of his new favourite things to do is getting a haircut and we'd never go anywhere else.”

“Had a routine MOT done plus an A/C re-gas - All simple stuff but they kindly picked the vehicle up from home ( I'm shielding ! ) Kept me informed and dropped it home - no need to scrutinize the bill unlike another local garage - I haven't got a PHD in what goes on under a bonnet but I know that a car doesn't need 4 air filters and an undertray only needs 1 set of fasteners not 4 ! Wish I'd used these guys years ago .”

“We took our two kittens to Mossdale for a few days whilst we were away in September 2021 and were delighted with the service. Cosy accommodation, and very friendly and helpful staff. The kittens were hesitant when we left them, but full of beans when we collected them so really settled in well and were obviously well looked after. Would not hesitate to use them again.”
