I arrived at my appointment time and was made to feel very welcome by the owner, Paul, who was friendly and professional. Paul gave me a timeline for both the test and any potential work that may follow. I left my car there and received a phone call from Paul within a couple of hours advising me of the result. I then went to pick my car up and settled for a very reasonable price, as quoted. For my most recent family holiday (4 adults +3 children +luggage 7 pcs) we had booked a large merc Vito. It was comfortable clean and our driver was very helpful and accommodating. Our return was booked at the same time and when we arrived at the airport the immigration queues were horrendous over 1hr waits. I simply replied via their WhatsApp message confirmation to inform HEC and within minutes the driver called to reassure me that he is around the corner and will wait for my call before entering the airport parking.
