“Incredible service. They may be Mercedes Benz specialists, but they did a fantastic job with my Ford Transit. The owners were very friendly and forthcoming with details of repair and cost of parts. And the mechanic who did the work on my vehicle, offered me great advice going forward telling me what to look for or listen out for if I suspected something was wrong. He even recommended another company to remove some rust on my Van. I can it recommend HCL enough. Absolute consummate professionals. The loan C Class Estate was a nice touch.”

The key thing here is how honest he was. He told me after 20 mins it looked like it could be a major expensive issue but 10 mins later he was happy to explain he'd fixed the issue with some logical testing and it cost almost nothing to repair.
