“Despite a nightmare using the Halfords website / online booking etc, I contacted Halfords Autocentre directly as I urgently needed two tyres replaced on a car I'd just purchased for my son. I spoke with Christine at reception and she was excellent, personable, understanding and very helpful as was her colleague Phillip. All sorted now, I had 4 new tyres fitted for a great price, have now booked the car in for Brake Discs & pads next week. Great to get proper customer service. All the swapped parts were shown to me. New ones and the ones that came off the car Was even asked if he is allowed to test drive it. Also, car was given back cleaned and spotless and a day earlyer than i was told initially. Everything was detailed and prices are very good comparing to other garages.
