“I thought I’d write my experiences with Dr Olivia in treating my condition as it helped me so much, in case anyone else is going through the same. I slept on my arm and I woke up to not being able to feel my thumb and index finger, my wrist were also drooping. It all felt numb. I knew that I compressed my nerve (later found out I compressed the median and flexor nerve). After the first treatment, the numbness of my index finger was significantly relieved, enough so I could work. After the second treatment, the numbness of my thumb was it felt even more relieved, and I could actually bend my fingers. After the third treatment, the numbness of the index finger and thumb were so much better, and the wrist could be turned and rotated. After five treatments, I have basically returned to normal. All the treatment also adjusted my shoulder and neck stiffness, and I can do work with my right hand. I know in the future I need to increase my arm strength. I am very grateful to Dr Olivia for giving me timely treatment. She helped right away with no waiting and Dr Olivia is very experienced, gentle and very friendly. I am incredibly lucky to meet her as she made my hands recover quickly. I strongly recommend Dr Olivia if anyone has similar problems to me.”

She was very understanding when I explained I have never really let anyone go near my hair and so she talked through step by step what was happening. Great conversation to keep the nerves at bay and did an amazing job on my hair and I loved it. “I have been trying, for years, to find a place that does decent dip powder nails and I think I've now found it! I am allergic to gel polish and tried dip powder, a few years ago, in Yorkshire, where my family live. It lasted a lot longer than gel (It didn't chip at all, even after many weeks) and looked lovely. Better still, it contains fewer toxins than gel and no UV light is needed. I've tried many salons, down here, but with no luck (even when it was put on nicely, it didn't last well, as only 2 colour coats were used and the topcoat wasn't applied properly etc.) At twinkle tips, 3 colour coats were used and the nail technician was really quick and extremely neat (I am a perfectionist!) The colour looks great and my nails are shaped exactly as I wanted them. Many thanks Twinkle tips! :)”
