“Exquisite cuisine, best in class service with friendly and knowledgable staff who made the whole evening enjoyable. It was my mother in law’s birthday and we wanted to treat her somewhere nice. Having read the incredible reviews, we decided to dine at London Stock. We ordered the tasting menu and the food was honestly the best food we’ve ever tasted. We dined at a Michelin 3-star restaurant (Uliassi) just the month before coming here, and have to say the food in London Stock is far more superior. Not only was the food cooked to perfection but also the presentation was aesthetically pleasing. Thank you for making my mother in law’s birthday extra special. We will definitely come back.”

“One of my rare 5-star reviews :-P. Check-in: Uncomplicated, and pleasant, with Peter explaining facilities available. Room: Wow. Large, spacious (by London standards), clean, and clean modern decor. Small functional kitchenette with microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Nespresso machine, tea, cookies, UHT milk. Bathroom equally spacious, with adjustable height shower (no rainfall shower, if that matters to you). Small settee at the end of the bedto stretch out and relax. Comfortable bed, with reading lights. Small table with chairs, for a quick bite to eat. Room relatively quiet, very little noise intrusion from outside, occasional noise from corridor, but all in all, pretty quiet. Facilities: Breakfast (7-11 weekdays) served at lobby lounge. Continental and simple; best to inspect prior to purchase to decide value for money. Lounge was clean and open to guests, with 24/7 coffee/tea available. Staff: Friendly throughout. Room wasn't serviced for 2 night stay, but that was OK with me. Location: A little bit of a walk from Underground or Overground station (15 mins brisk walk), but buses available. Lots to eat in the vicinity, looks like quite a thriving and mid-scale neighborhood. 10 mins brisk walk to the British Design Centre. (Minor) Grouses: No shower gel provided (but shampoo, tiny bar of soap and body lotion). More eco approach would be to provide dispensers for the above, rather than single use plastics. Detergent and sponge provided for kitchenette, but no dishcloth or disposable wipe (paper towels provided, though!) Summary: Modern, spacious, comfortable. Would stay again, in a shot!”

“Visited on the last day of Pokemon Worlds and never regretted it! I love how spacious the area is and many activities are being held simultaneously in different rooms and you can spend hours and hours just exploring the whole event and not get bored. There were lots of cafes and restaurants where you can dine in and eat plus seating areas where you can just rest and relax. They should definitely bring back this event next year!”

“The food is amazing, fresh and made from scratch, a rarity these days. The restaurant reminded me of times gone by before mediocre food became acceptable. In my opinion all that is missing is a desert trolley (in my dreams : ) The service was very good, quick, came to check on us , and asked if all was OK several times throughout the meal. Give this place a go, you will not be disappointed.”

“We had the private group full day tour of Paris and thought that it was absolutely necessary to provide a review of our experience with Travel Curious and our guide Pierre-Yves. Travel Curious ensured that we would enjoy our day trip to Paris by making certain we were able to do a tour of the Eiffel Tower and provided us with complimentary upgraded tickets to the summit. They stayed in communication with me from the time of my booking up until the day before our tour. Our guide Pierre-Yves continued this excellent service by going ABOVE AND BEYOND ensuring that not only did we get a full history and background of every major landmark in France but he also took additional measures to take care of us. He was extremely knowledgeable of not only the art in the Louvre, but the architecture and history of all the buildings we passed as well as the city. Pierre gave us a full Paris experience by bringing us walking past landmarks and to the secret spots with amazing views for pictures, took us on a boat, on a train and even a bus. We went to destinations which were not pre-planned and he never once complained. He stayed with us the entire day up until the tour for the Eiffel Tower was set to begin. He even avoided drinking his water at one point because we said we were thirsty and he wanted to ensure we got our water first. He was the best tour guide we have EVER been with in any country and will highly recommend him and Travel Curious to anyone we know visiting Paris. Thank you!”

“Pizza was the last thing I was looking for in the food market. Unfortunately, most places were closed so opted for Slab City. I'm so glad that we did as the pizza was fantastic. Deep and fluffy at the same time managing to be crunchy with that cheesy crispy crust enveloping the whole base and side with that added dollop of sauce on top to make sure each bite is never dry.... My mouth watered up just thinking about our visit this afternoon. Says it all really. The Owner served us and was a pleasure to talk to. Will definitely try to visit again.”

“Superb steak, superb service and everything just brilliant. There was two of us and we share the UK t-bone sirloin ( I think it was the sirloin) which was very tasty! The meet was so juicy and flavorful u really don’t need any of the sauces. Many people also suggested the chips, but I found nth special abt it. The cream spinach was a perfect compliment to the steak and a very generous serving. Will definitely visit again!”

“Fabulous lunch, great atmosphere, very cool vibes, and importantly, sensational food. Start with a tear and dip, then follow with a mix of sharing plates. The flavours were incredible, great variety on the menu too. The cocktails were also exceptional - loved the sour and honey bee. It’s not cheap, but it’s worth it.”
