Kim has done a superb job of bringing my dull, lifeless head of hair back from the dead and I love Sophie's scissor hands! I honestly wouldn't trust any other group of people in London with my hair now. I used to hate going to the hairdresser's but I love coming here, I actually look forward to it as a special treat, it always lifts my mood.
