“This was the 1st time we used Willows Cattery for my Bengal cat Tommy and l am very pleased to say that Natalie and Ian have both been amazing with a 5 * service....amazing and Tommy came back happy and stress free. I have only praise for both Natalie and Ian who are a lovely couple and loves cats and did a superb job in looking after Tommy.”

“Easy to book and update. Alerts sent in advance of trip. SMS and email alert nearing your arrival. The driver is super attentive - even calls and SMS beforehand. Comfortable, hassle-free, and safe journey to hotel. Why bother figuring out where you need to go with public transport or wait endlessly at cab queues that may not be the most reliable. My 1st time using and I would use them again for future trips.”

“Our cats stayed at Paws for 16 days. Kathleen is a very nice and caring person. She responds fast and fulfills what we need for the cats. She's very experienced in taking care of cats. Since our cats are very nervous, she's trying different ways to make them feel more comfortable, and tried different kinds of food to stimulate their appetite. She sent us photos of them so that we can see them from time to time. Since we sent cats half way round the world, we couldn't bring cat food and cat litter traveling with us, so I asked Kathleen for help. She's so kind and helpful by sending us everything, even a cat litter tray which I didn't ask for it. Thank you very much!!! I highly recommend this cattery!!!”

“Booked all of the Heathrow living apartments for the night before our wedding for my family coming in from abroad. The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Martin went out of his way to help me organise splitting people over the various apartments and was very helpful dealing with such a large booking. The flats themselves were immaculate and ready for us with towels, and lonely little details like boxes of cereal, tea and coffee. Really close to the airport and easy to get to work parking and the large Tesco only a few minutes away and plenty of eating out options and just eat delivery options. Can't recommend enough!!”

“Really lovely hotel, staff went above and beyond to make sure we had breakfast before they were serving food. The hotel had free parking, the room was well equipped, however the heating stayed on full all night, so we ended up opening the window to help cool the room down. The only other downside was the shower screen is too small. After taking a shower it leaves a puddle down between the bathtub and the toilet. Would happily stay again, it's within a 7 minute drive of Heathrow airport making it a convenient place to stop when flying.”

“Really excellent service, particularly as I was just redeeming Tesco vouchers. The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful if I’d been spending millions! I was greeted, shown where the items were which were of interest to me and left to browse. Immediately I needed a closer look an assistant was there (not too close, we’re still wearing masks!) and I was given ample opportunity to select the jewellery I wanted. I’m happy to recommend and I will certainly be visiting again.”

“Lovely atmosphere, great food, staff friendly and welcoming, we came in a group of 5 with an elderly family member (don’t tell her I said that) and a very well behaved dog for lunch, we were accommodated with suitable seating with no fuss. Food was excellent. Booking system was easy and useful to have a note section to declare any extra requirements. Would 100% recommend, will be returning regularly.”

“Would definitely say here again the location is fantastic stone's throw away from the River Thames a great pub over the road (The Swan) which is right on the Thames Rooms are great for what we needed, would probably sort the shower head out because we turned it on and it flooded the bathroom because it sprayed everywhere. Hinge on the door of the wardrobe needs screwing back into place, but small petty things. Would 100% stay here again. Especially with it because a stones throw away from Thorpe Park & Legoland.”

“Myself and my work lads from Manchester stayed in Bridge house on and off for a month, the apartments are absolutely fantastic. The cleanliness is the best we have come across working away and we are away alot, the apartments are modern contemporary very well designed and great space with high quality appliances plus tvs. We had both a 1 bed and 2 bed apartments and both were equally good. No problems at all also they use the Klevio app which are keys through phone app great idea really easy to use It has parking and all the things you need being away from home. There is nothing i can fault at all with them. If you are looking for a place in the Staines area which is right in the heart of it for work or break then i would recommend these i know where we will be staying if we return again. The Lady i have dealt with Linda was very professional and easy to talk to helped with everything fantastic service and accommodation!! 10/10 from us at J A Downie Flooring Ltd, Manchester”

“From the initial contact with Charles Hope Apartments months ago we were fortunate enough to be put in touch with Sharon Wood, who is not only proactive and conscientious, her communication skills are second to none and she has made the entire experience a breeze and continues to do so – nothing at all is an issue and she cannot do enough to ensure every need is met and that the service is flawless and never fails to go the extra mile. Having now stayed at Southampton, Staines and currently Heathrow North / Hounslow East. The apartments at every location have been superb, well equipped, modern, clean and spacious – you really could not ask for more. The property’s are secure and access fully supported by a reception and/or concierge to assist if necessary. Parking is available both securely and for oversized vehicles such as mine, bays are allocated in very close proximity to the apartments. The latest stay at Heathrow North / Hounslow East is yet another example of the first class standard offered both in terms of booking and accommodation provided. They have all been very centrally located, close to local supermarkets, restaurants (post lockdown) very spacious, modern, clean and the facilities within the apartment have been well thought out to ensure that your part in the process is to just turn up with your personal belongings. All necessary information is always placed at key points within the apartment to avoid constant calls in search of codes, instructions etc., and if prior instructions are required these will have been emailed over to you before you arrive. We would not hesitate to recommend these apartments and will continue to use them – I can only hope that you are as fortunate as us to have Sharon Wood as your point of contact. Absolutely fantantic”
