“Jamie gave me a hard time about my dog. I like that. Got a Pommy as wife and 4 kids didn’t want a German Shepard. I think I have the worse kept looking Pommy in Essex and I will try to do better Jamie. The fact Jamie took me to task in a kind way shows he is not a Slimy ar$e licking shop owner just in it for the money. I will always come back and I recommend to anyone with a dog like mine to come here for grooming . When my dog leaves this pet Spa I feel like I could pull off putting on a mini skirt and a blonde wig and pretend to be Paris Hilton walking with my Pommy under my arm. Previous pet groomer I went to butchered my dogs hair and I deeply regret going to any odd pet groomer. I should have gone to Pet Spa Essex and done the research. Come here for your dog grooming needs. Jamie also has the whitest teeth I have ever seen so bring sun glasses!”

“Went in here for a bracelet repair and the two male staff members were both really kind and friendly. They fixed my bracelet so fast I was able to wait in the shop whilst they did it and expected to have to leave it with them for at least 24 hours. Very happy! Thank you! ☺️”

“I'm so pleased with the service and quality I've had from here. I had a beautiful ruby and diamond ring which was my grandmother's but I never wore it as it wasn't my style. Rob remodelled it into a diamond eternity ring and a Ruby and diamond pendant. I also had a 100 year old Albert chain, I had this made into two bracelets for my sons. The workmanship was amazing. “A friend recommended this salon to me and Im so glad I listened to her as I have been over the moon with everything I have experienced. - The staff are always friendly and seem genuinely happy to see you and work there. It creates a lovely atmosphere as they all seem like a great team - nicely decorated and always clean - I book Emily for my cut&colour (short choppy bob/all over brunette) and she has been amazing every time. I was bored of my style and got into a bit of a rut but she chatted it through with me and suggested a few different things and gave great advice on how to tweak it and Im so happy with the result. The colour lasts really well and makes my hair look really glossy - I also use Sam for my daughters hair cuts and he is fab, very patient with a fidgety five year old and then always styles it beautifully after. - offers amazing drinks/biscuits while using the salon and you can also order food from The Brentwood Kitchen next door to eat while having your appt which is such a great idea”

I have purchased 2 clocks from Spirit and had many compliments from people who have seen them hanging in my home. The staff are friendly and helpful, even offering free local delivery, and each of my items came gift wrapped. Perfect!”

“Tried to use self service dog wash for my boy today who has spinal condition, can be very stubborn and extra large breed. So unfortunately couldn't get him in the bath as he is too heavy to lift. Staff were very helpful and understanding and gave me refund no questions asked. Staff explained fully how to use machine and machine seemed very user friendly just shame couldn't get my boy in it. Definitely recommend for other people to try, that doesn't have x-large breed that requires lifting. Great customer service.”

“Over the years I have been to many Barber shops and I can honestly say BarBarCo is the most professional establishment I have been too. The staff are always friendly, polite and welcoming. Today, my cousin and I received excellent treatment with our haircuts and are very satisfied with the outcome. We were both given complimentary soft drinks which was a nice touch. I have been a customer of Barber Zac for 4 years and followed him everywhere he has been. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.”

“This hotel is immaculately clean,the service was outstanding everywhere , the room had nothing at all wrong with it ,the product range in the bathroom were lovely.Beautifully comfortable bed with great pillows , slept like a baby. We weren't going to have breakfast but OMG ,the choices were outstanding, even down to the sections of breads.We were so pleased that we decided to have breakfast here as this was not the usual mass produced , cheap hotel style fodder,occasioned to other Hotels.The freshly made healthy fruit drink was a lovely extra. The bacon was divine, along with everything else served . The little added extra touches like the fresh flowers etc made our stay adorable. Congratulations to a fantastic team and an extremely well run establishment.Thank you.”
