“The VIP Room is a great expansion to fantastic service from Nabi. I’m ‘fussy’ with fine hair that’s challenging for many barbers. I’ve been coming to Nabi for over 6 years so naturally he’s invested the effort to know a bit about me, my family and what’s going on so it’s a friendly catchup. The move to offering a VIP room has made the experience even better, booked slot rather than drop-in, the room’s quiet, I’ve never felt the feeling Nabi was rushing my cut due to other customers waiting, but in the room there’s no distractions and no consciousness of other customers. Will be interesting to hear how Nabi progresses his next record attempt!”

“My experience in marafet was one of the best experience I had. Rosi was really nice, she gave me an amazing haircut and actually sat down with me to discuss how I want my hair to be done. Every client that came was attended to with the same care and patience. It’s hard to find salon with attentive stylist who will cut your hair the way you want it, this salon is a gem and I’m glad I found it. The girls running the place are really nice and friendly. “Where to start… Trailfinders is an incredible travel agency with impeccable service and amazing people! I want to particularly call out Trailfinders Richmond and travel agent James! Trailfinders was recommended to me by a friend and last year I finally convinced my husband to book our first trip with Trailfinders to Croatia. We loved it! Great hotels in amazing locations! It was our best holiday so far. We decided to book a 2 week Japan holiday through Trailfinders for March 2020 to celebrate my birthday. Before Trailfinders I spent hours and days searching different websites and comparing prices. We walked into our local Trailfinders and James put together a fantastic Japan tour for us within a couple of hours. Unfortunately as everyone knows Covid hit us although our departure date was scheduled before lockdown. In the run up to our departure date, when things became so unsure and places started closing down in Japan, James was on the phone to us several times a day keeping us in the loop on the situation and getting updates from Japan. In the end we decided to reschedule our trip to October instead of risking getting possibly stuck in Japan. A good choice considering lockdown came into place only days later. Usually you would be charged for changing your dates right? But not with Trailfinders! They allowed us to change our dates without extra charge, but taking the hit themselves! Our new travel date was supposed to be in 1 week, however due to restrictions we cannot go of course. James has been available to us with updates this whole time and we now had the choice to reschedule again or cancel with a full refund. As we don’t know how long this whole thing will take we decided to cancel and we received a full refund in less than 2 weeks! Thinking about how long it would have taken us getting our money back – if we even would have gotten it back – from different travel websites and airlines is cringe worthy. We have been utterly stunned and impressed with Trailfinder’s customer service and care! One thing we know for sure – once we can travel again - it is Trailfinders for us all the way! Keep up the fantastic work and we hope for all of you that things can return back to normal soon!”

“Very nice hotel, not too far from Kew Gardens and Richmond town centre. Up on the hill with some great views this place. Key highlights for me, we wanted to park for two nights as we were staying for a wedding and they only charged for one and gave the second day as complimentary. Also my partner forgot her mascara and the lady at the front desk was very helpful in letting her borrow hers! Not a service they normally offer I’m sure, but great of her to provide this. Beyond this, the beds were comfy, very cleanly and it was not noisy at all.”

“Highly recommend The Richmond Hair Company! I went to another salon in town and left with a terrible cut. Super short in the back, long uneven pieces in the front, and layers that didn't make sense-- it was horrendous. I scheduled a consult with Patrick to see if it could be fixed (I honestly wasn't sure it could be salvaged) and then followed up with an appointment a few days later. He was able to turn that original butchered cut into something very cute and I'm so happy I went with him. He's a very skilled and talented hair artist. I'll never go to anyone else!”
