“Wow. In my past 5 years of renting. I have never come across any estate agent as transparent and professional as Eltze Estates. Laurie and Jo are my contacts. Me and my wife rented at Olympia House for 18 months. Eltze Estates would send emails and updates regularly in regards to the complex. Their communication is second to none with replying back to emails within 24 hours. Our dishwasher broke and they replaced it within 1 week. When we left the property they returned our deposit in 2 weeks. I could imagine landlords having their properties managed my eltze would remain carefree as they do such a good Job!
