After shopping around the only store that could help or were remotely helpful was F Hinds.The staff taking the order were most helpful and located the required charm in a catalogue and then processed the order quickly and efficiently. During the 4 week wait I was called a couple of times to be advised on the order progress and once it was ready was called to advised it was in the store.
