She gave me such good advice about my face shape, hair quality, what style would suit me, advised me about the right haircut that would suit my hair texture when it’s wet or dry. I actually felt like she listened to what I needed and didn’t just do what I tell her. Made me feel heard, this woman. Vicky was just so nice and sweet, and cut my hair perfectly. I have never spent money on 'cut and colour' (I'm a tied back pony tail person!) but decided it was time to invest in a 'proper' colour/style consultation and it was so worth it. I was given an apt with Baek and I could not recommend him more highly. He translated my ramblings (!) and random photos into a new style and colour that I love. Unlike some beauty therapists I have been to in the past, Hannah had me complete some client notes and then asked me some questions about the look I wanted, was this for a special occasion, had I had the treatment done before, did I know what to expect etc. It was so nice to be asked these questions so that Hannah could tailor my treatment especially for me rather than just providing me with a standard set of lashes. Hannah was very friendly and professional, provided me with lots of aftercare tips to make my lashes last longer and I would highly recommend her.”
