“Absolutely amazing service. My nan ordered a basket for my grandads grave, as it was the anniversary of his death. They really listened to what my nan wanted and produced her exact vision. The basket was so full, NO areas of empty space. The placement of each flower was so well thought out. When i brought it to my nan, she was thrilled. We will 100% be using this florist again. Sam was an absolute gent, gave his condolences and we went on to have a beautiful conversation, he also gave me some complimentary white flowers to give to my mum, he just went above and beyond. This was a completely different experience compared to another local florist in Langley, who offered no condolences and just pointed me in the direction of a booklet. “I always have such a good experience at Astrid & Miyu! The team are super friendly & professional, and the jewellery is beautiful. The shop is small (just a little store in Boxpark) & it can work out quite expensive as you pay a £20ish piercing fee on top of the jewellery which is £30 min. However, I do think it’s worth it for the quality of the jewellery & professionalism of the piercer! Also worth noting you nearly always have to book in advance & can’t just walk in. I’ll definitely be back!”
