He very quickly grasped my requirements and gave me excellent practical advice based on his experience. At all times I felt that he was just giving 'best advice' and not selling. Nick transferred my plan and requirements onto his dedicated computer program making it easier for him to compile my order and it transpired, his subsequent print out provided me with a valuable aid to completing the job in hand. The pedestal support system is an excellent product, my order was very well packaged and marked and delivered exactly on time. I could not speak highly enough of excellent service and product.”
