London travel in Staines-upon-Thames

“Booked all of the Heathrow living apartments for the night before our wedding for my family coming in from abroad. The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Martin went out of his way to help me organise splitting people over the various apartments and was very helpful dealing with such a large booking. The flats themselves were immaculate and ready for us with towels, and lonely little details like boxes of cereal, tea and coffee. Really close to the airport and easy to get to work parking and the large Tesco only a few minutes away and plenty of eating out options and just eat delivery options. Can't recommend enough!!”

“This hotel delivers the Premier Inn promise with relish. A warm welcome from the check-in team was the start of a great stay. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a great location if connecting overnight through Terminal 5. Bus 8 from Heathrow stops near the hotel's entrance.”

“I do not use a car service but I worm with the public and whenever asked for a private hire or taxi I always either call these of give out this number. You have a fixed price if you ask and can pay cash or card. Very reliable.”

“A very comfortable stay was had at Heathrow cottages, our host could not do enough for us, including taking us to the airport to get our flight. Very friendly and felt like home from home, would highly recommend and would stay there again. Added bonus was watching the planes take off”

“We shipped our three parrots from the US to the UK with Amber, who did a fantastic job as our customs clearing agent. She was thorough, knowledgeable and most of all kind. Bringing parrots over is very complicated and she was able to help us with many of the details that weren’t obvious to a first-timer. When a paperwork error from our vets (not Airpets’ fault!) caused the birds to stay a couple extra days at a quarantine facility, she had excellent communication with us and even advocated for our disabled bird to receive the care he needed while quarantining. I’m very grateful to Airpets, they provided us great peace of mind amongst a stressful move.”

“Really lovely hotel, staff went above and beyond to make sure we had breakfast before they were serving food. The hotel had free parking, the room was well equipped, however the heating stayed on full all night, so we ended up opening the window to help cool the room down. The only other downside was the shower screen is too small. After taking a shower it leaves a puddle down between the bathtub and the toilet. Would happily stay again, it's within a 7 minute drive of Heathrow airport making it a convenient place to stop when flying.”

“Would definitely say here again the location is fantastic stone's throw away from the River Thames a great pub over the road (The Swan) which is right on the Thames Rooms are great for what we needed, would probably sort the shower head out because we turned it on and it flooded the bathroom because it sprayed everywhere. Hinge on the door of the wardrobe needs screwing back into place, but small petty things. Would 100% stay here again. Especially with it because a stones throw away from Thorpe Park & Legoland.”

“Myself and my work lads from Manchester stayed in Bridge house on and off for a month, the apartments are absolutely fantastic. The cleanliness is the best we have come across working away and we are away alot, the apartments are modern contemporary very well designed and great space with high quality appliances plus tvs. We had both a 1 bed and 2 bed apartments and both were equally good. No problems at all also they use the Klevio app which are keys through phone app great idea really easy to use It has parking and all the things you need being away from home. There is nothing i can fault at all with them. If you are looking for a place in the Staines area which is right in the heart of it for work or break then i would recommend these i know where we will be staying if we return again. The Lady i have dealt with Linda was very professional and easy to talk to helped with everything fantastic service and accommodation!! 10/10 from us at J A Downie Flooring Ltd, Manchester”
