Hudson Place
● Open“I had my 60th birthday party at Hudson Place last Saturday. Lisa and her staff were amazing from the organisation to the day of the party. The wine bar is perfect for a party where you can dance or sit in a quieter part of the bar. There is also a courtyard to sit outside if you need. The drinks were served without any waiting. We had Prosecco And beer on arrival and their staff were so attentive making sure your glass was topped up. Cocktails are amazing too. We had 70s disco music which everyone enjoyed.”

The Gate
● Open“The Gate is a really good place to visit. We had dinner they on a Saturday night. We had booked in advance, so a table has been reserved for us. The menu is really good, with a really good variety to choose from, including a separate vegan/vegetarian menu. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the menu gives really good variety for money, including the drinks menu. We started with the vegetarian chili nachos which were delicious and made a really nice change from the traditional meat version. We will definitely go back again.”
