"I had acrylic nails done here, when I returned to have the acrylics removed, my nails were badly damaged by the electric file, filing too much off & actually filing off most of my nail beds, right back to the skin in places! It is very painful & uncomfortable and my nails are now deformed in appearance. I complained to the manager Mitra who said she would look into it & call me back after she spoke to Hadish who did my nails but she never bothered to call back! They were happy to take my money but not happy to actually respond appropriately to deforming my nails! I’m so upset with the state my nails have been left in by this shop. If you require a professional nail service, go elsewhere!! Incompetent service, AVOID!!"

"This salon has a Lovely and peaceful atmosphere. Mitra is Very professional and has lovely friendly staff. I go here every month to get my hair done and other treatments, such as Fat freezing, tanning, nails, eye lashes. All with great results done by Mitra and her lovely staff. Thank you for your professionalism and great attention to detail. I highly recommend It as The prices are Fantastic for London."

"I’ve been going to London laser for a while now as I was recommended by a friend, the service and price is fantastic! kawssar is the one who carries out my treatment and I’ve never experienced such professionalism! She is an absolute asset to the company. I love how she makes me feel comfortable and goes through everything with me, she is a gem and I can’t thank you enough for everything!"

"Absolutely loved the place! Very well equipped and the staff were extremely friendly. Kawssar, who was doing my laser sessions was very attentive. She continuously asked throughout every session if I felt comfortable or if anything was bothering me so I felt very secure and taken care of. 100% recommend the place."

"Very experienced staff.. Mitra is a very nice Lady and Kawthar who am having my sessions with is very experienced and nice person. Also i had my hair and nails done and I am extremely happy with my results. Definitely will be recommending it to my friends."
