“So many times I’ve driven past this little place, also thought about stopping and give it ago. I finally did, yes I only got a drink and skinny chips. But I wasn’t disappointed. Bloody lovely chips, will be stopping off again and trying some else next time. Staff was great, tables and chairs lovely and clean. The area around the cafe lovely and clean. “A decent stay. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Noise in the corridors was a pain and the lack of parking could also be difficult. But the reception staff are fabulous. Really nice to talk to someone who is knowledgeable and wants to help.”

“Stayed here for a funeral. We had travelled from Devon. The location was great, staff friendly and helpful. The only thing I did find was a stain on the bed runner and cobwebs in several places in the room. It is attached to a lovely pub where we went in the evening for a couple of drinks.”
