“We had a family meal with 7 adults and 3 children, everyone said the food was excellent. The steaks and lamb shank were cooked to perfection as was the seafood pasta dishes. We all had a great time. So a big thumbs up to the staff.”

“This was my first order from Coulsdon Spice in the endless quest for a decent local curry, and I'm glad I took the chance! The service was courteous, delivery was prompt so the food arrived hot, they went out of their way to replace a dish they couldn't provide (due to high demand) and the food itself was good value and delicious! I'm very glad I tried them and will be ordering from them again. My first takeaway curry in about three years that wasn't disappointing! Thanks!”

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The decor was modern and stylish, and the amenities were fantastic. I especially loved the breakfast buffet, which had a huge selection of delicious food. Everything was very clean and well maintained. “A hidden Gem! Tucked away in a side road (Victoria Road) just off the main Brighton Road in Coulsdon is this small family run pizza restaurant. On the Wednesday night that we were there it was just Father cooking and Son serving the table. Probably the best Pizza I have ever had!! Well worth a visit! 5 stars well deserved!!”

“Eddie and his wife Evvie (?) were the perfect hosts. Two of our group were gluten free and we rang ahead and discussed our food options with Eddie ahead if time. We were super confident that there was no cross contamination and they took our dietary requirements seriously. That aside , the food was amazing! Fresh, flavourful and just so tasty. I was a tad sceptical about this place in comparison to a London restaurant but I have to honestly say it may well have been better in flavour, service mist definitely was friendly and personable. Very much coming back!!! Thank you !!”

“Lo Zafferano hosts the best and flavoursome authentic Italian cuisine. The menu is well varied and suitable for vegetarians too. Portion sizes are very generous and aesthetically pleasing to the eye and tastebuds. The deserts and cocktail menu is also mouthwatering! The service is always very warming and inviting- always feeling welcomed and taken care of. The atmosphere is very soothing and relaxing with perfect lighting and music. I regularly frequent Lo Zafferano and will continue to do so!!!”

“31st December, My wife & I decided to have a quiet new year and have a curry. We had one of our usual meals and it was out of this world. I've only been disappointed once and that's because they were closed. I've had curry's from many countries and this take away is the best yet. Everything about C/T is amazing”

“Came in with my son and was greeted by a lovely woman named Joanna, she sorted all our drinks and food out and made sure we were happy and comfortable the whole time. Was very smiley and chatty and made sure my son was happy and occupied. Very approachable and just and amazing staff member always attentive and gave us incredible customer service.
