“Made an order and one of the three pizzas was wrong. The delivery driver called the store and the person who answered, offered straight away to remake the pizza without any questions, and the deliver guy was back at my door in 10 mins. Everyone and anyone can make mistakes but it's how you deal with the mistake that counts. Top customer service and really looked after the customer on what must be a busy Saturday evening. “This Saturday, we had been to Shobha,s Rasoi. One thing to keep in mind there there is no parking for Shobha Rasoi and its on the Harrow High Stree but you can park your car in spencer lane which has free parking but spaces are limited. We were not aware of so we parked our car in Locket lane which is charged parking but after 4 pm its free as it was mentioned. We reached there after 7 pm so it was not an issue parking over there. Then we went to Shobha Rasoi. When we entered gate, there was an arrangement for hand sanitizer and once you confirm your booking, you would be accompanied by staff to the relevant place. Although not big but ambience was amazing. All staffs were very nice. We had placed an order for starter and the service was really very quick. We ordered our main courses in anticipation that probably it would take time but before we could finish our starter we got our main courses. Foods my god , it was super delicious. We had got this type of delicious foods after very long time. The taste was like we used to have in India in restaurants. Its really worth visiting this restaurant if you have never been over there.”

“Great pizza and great value for money with there offers. I love garlic and proper green chillies on my pizza and this place is on point and hits the spot! Very friendly staff, always putting customers first and they always have time for a friendly chat/banter, while i wait. “Bought a small special pizza and chicken burger meal. Both were £4 each. Burger was s chicken steak burger, place was quiet so everything was made fresh to order which took a bit of time. Burger was just a standard steak burger, chips were fresh too which was nice. The pizza was small but good for the price. Because it was fresh, it was very tasty. I will be back to order more pizzas as they have some great deals on double and triple pizza collection.”
