“I dealt with 4 of the Jewson staff at the Dartford branch over two days. The customer service I received from all of them was refreshingly fantastic. I was served promptly and enthusiastically. They all genuinely, over the two days, in person and on the phone helped me as much as they could. I also spoke to a lady with regard to an online order who was professional, courteous, kept me informed and was friendly with a sense of humour. The only area of my Jewson experience that could be improved is the website. I knew the name of the item and the product code but 'no results' were found. I had to go out of the website and google my item. It then came up being sold by Jewson. My order arrived promptly. I will definitely be returning to Jewson.”

“Another very good and comfortable stay. The staff at the hotel and also the Beefeater are lovely, friendly and creates a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with a local feeling, despite being in a heavily industrialised area. Very warm and welcoming and will stay again. The restaurant itself was closed but the bar was open and we were invited to use the bar area for ordering in a delivery, as were the other guests. It worked really well.”

“Great service called in today and got an appointment within the hour to get my tyre sorted. The manager Jordan was really polite and helpful he got my tyres sorted within minutes at minimal cost rest of the team were really quick and helpful. I will definitely go back again and would highly recommend”

“Rooms as always were clean and beds comfortable. Great thing is if you are an IHG member you can ask for a free late check-out which we got, that's such a relief. Standard breakfast served and ample parking space. It's next to the motorway and no issues with noise at all. Tiny recommendation would be about the bathroom sink - it was clogged with a few hair - something to be careful about next time.”

“Gave Gavin some challenging body kit parts to repaint after years of poor cover ups and damage. I’m very impressed with the completed parts I have back so far and they look brand new to me. Gavin takes time to explain the process needed for the best finish and plenty of updates over WhatsApp with photos of each stage. If you want a proper job with friendly service then this is the place to go. Nice to see someone take pride in a job these days.”

“Just took the family to Pirate Cove Adventure Cove and adopted the Crafty Wizards Pre-School attitude of "yes I can!", the holes are fun, some more challenging than others! Not too far down the A2 from our pre-schools. Give it a go for a fun, outdoor, creative themed crazy golf session! The quad bikes are fun too.”

“In the days where it’s just as easy to go online and order from most companies, it’s the service from the staff that matters the most. I had been tasked with purchasing 10 suits for a work event, no mean feat considering half the wearers were not based in the UK. After an initial chat with Oliver he understood the brief and gave me all the information needed to hand to the relevant people. Once everything was passed back to me I could have simply ordered it online, had it not have been for the exceptional service I first received from Oliver, I wouldn’t have gone back. As it was, I did and ordered them all in store. Oliver is a credit to the business he was attentive, knowledgable and patient and is the sole reason I used the store and not online to make the transaction. I’ve been using CT for over 10 years now and this is by far the best in store experience I’ve had with them. I will be using in store far more now, rather than online for the reasons above. Just to mention, James was also very helpful in arranging the multi suit order and would like to recognise him also.”

“Positive comments only from us! We ordered a variety of food through uber eats but forgot tk check the food when the driver was still here. We later realised one pattie was missing so called up and the service was EXCELLENT. They apologised and offered a refund or for the pattie to be delivered. I honestly did not know what to expect but now we are going to be regulars. Thank you so much Also food arrived on time, well packaged and tastes amazing. I would go as far as saying that this is the best experience I've had with Caribbean food ever and I've lived in many different places inside and around London. Thank you!”

However mine is completely honest and coming from someone with an indian father and brought up on currys i can say the food here is brilliant”
