It’s fair to say both times it’s not been a straight forward job but Adam and Bradley been great at every step. They are clear and explained what they are doing at every step; honest about the options they are exploring when trying to problem solve; and committed and persistent in trying to fix the issues. Staying for as long as it needs, and even returning to our house, to get the job done. They have also both been polite, conscientious and respectful whenever they have been in our home. He was so helpful and even showed us the external water stop in case of an emergency + explained that we needed to reduce the water pressure as it was straining the old pipework. Would definitely recommend them and I would definitely use Allen & Co again”
