I can't tell you what they're like when making a claim, but I can tell you that their customer service is excellent on the quotes-end! Spoke to two advisers who seemed intelligent and were very helpful. They were Najid and Harry. A note to any internal staff reading this - I don't know if I just got lucky with these two guys, or if they're representative of the customer support staff you have in general.
