“Great service once again from Halfords Borehamwood! Arrived with my bike for its 6 week check, and one of the team (I believe a SA gentleman) offered to carry my bike up the stairs for me. Will carried out the check. He then went above and beyond to advise me on a repair for another bike (later carrying out that repair to a very high standard.) When attempting to put my bike back in my car after the 6 week check, another member of the team (an older gentleman working on a car engine) came over kindly offered to put my bike into my car for me. “Finally, after a few years i found a reliable mechanic!!! Service was impecable, got updated over the phone about the progress of the car as it had a major work done to it. All the swapped parts were shown to me. New ones and the ones that came off the car Was even asked if he is allowed to test drive it.
