The following day I received a detailed medical report with action plan. It was no trouble to him to also provide additional information to my insurance company. I feel totally supported. I know that if I have any concerns before my next appointment he will take the time to listen and advise accordingly. Travel Butlers absolutely had my back, doing the research, answering endless questions & solving problems BEFORE they occurred. But African countries can be particularly challenging and then throw in the varying and ever changing Covid requirements, yellow fever, etc. and it can be a nightmare. Prior to the African safari trip with Travel Butlers, I had another Safari planned with a different booking agent in Uganda. It was Tracy at Travel Butler's that alerted me to the yellow fever vaccine required that I did not have, not the other booking company! It was Tracy at Travel Butler's not the other booking agent that helped me maneuver through all those requirements. Travel Butlers solved several other problems for me that were not their doing. They were simply awesome. I met with a couple whose trip was a disaster and they blamed it completely on the booking agent that they hired. I believe that Travel Butlers is very competitive in their pricing but for your sake as well as the trip - look beyond the pricing. You want to have great memories, not a nightmare like the other booking company almost provided.”

He was totally professional and genuine. With too many cowboys around it is hard to find honest people. I knew mine was an unusually tough dishwasher installation because of the space in my kitchen but Stuart was very creative in his planning. I genuinely can’t recommend him highly enough. “Found this via Google whilst staying in the area and took a gamble as I didn't fancy a regular pub, Chinese or Indian for dinner. Booked over the phone no problems. On arrival we had a friendly greeting and were shown to our table. Staff were fantastic through the evening with nothing being too much trouble and their attention to detail was fantastic. Now to the food. The menu had a good variety to it and was reasonably priced with a good selection of both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks we can recommend the homemade lemonade (very refreshing) . When our food arrived we were not disappointed everything was fabulously fresh and was full of flavour and of a decent portion size . “Having had my first accident I was worried about getting my car repaired. I am super fussy when it comes to my car but I need not have worried. Wheels Approved have been amazing. They even loaned me a curtesy car whist mine was being repaired. Nothing is too much trouble for them and even the most tiniest thing is not a problem. I would highly recommend them and as a bonus they even refurb wheels. It really is a one stop shop for all your bodywork and wheel requirements. The quality of the paintwork was superb.”
