“By far the most amazing tattoo experience. Angel is just such a gentle and amazing artist. I had a mandala, jewelry lotus flower piece on my forearm. The studio: Easy to locate and very clean and open. There is a sense of tranquility from the moment you step in. Business communication: Everything was communicated clearly and promptly so there were never any doubts about anything. The Experience: I pre-booked and received my design in advance and it came out even better than imagined. Went to the studio for the session and was welcomed in with open arms and a nice cup of herbal tea. Angel was very knowledgeable and professional, nothing was rushed. She is a very gentle tattooer and I managed to get through the whole session with no breaks or pain. There was room for casual conversation and more importantly there was room just to be and get immersed in the experience. I would highly recommend Angel for a tattoo and hopefully, someday, I will get another piece done.”

The Head mechanic Marcos talked me through the job and made it interesting, unlike most garages where they assume you wouldn't be interested. “I joined this practice a year or so ago. I feel very lucky to have been taken in when they opened it for NHS patients for a short time. Since I joined I have seen the dentist, Dr Alisa McGregor twice and also the Hygienist Teuta with the dental nurse Shianna. On every occasion I felt not only that I was in safe hands but also that they genuinely wanted to make the whole experience as pleasant as possible, they make you feel very comfortable. Added to this, the lovely ladies, Evgenia and Hannah who greet you and take care of all bookings and admin are fantastic. Every time I go in they are cheerful and enthusiastic and always go out of the way to help. The whole team and practice are top drawer, I am a very happy customer!”

“After our recent experience with Medivet, I'm happy to drive 20 miles to this practice. Medivet were trying to push us towards paying 8k in overnight drip stays and liver shunt surgery when our little guy was dying from wet FIP. The lovely nurse that dealt with us spotted the tell tales on the first visit and went above and beyond, even ringing me at 8pm on a Friday night to discuss his bloods results.”

“French charm, exquisite cuisine, great service. It feels almost like a time travel. It takes you to good old times, somewhere in Paris. The noise of the city is left outside. Nice and cozy interior. Attentive staff. Top quality French cuisine. Feels very authentic. They do Canard de Rouen a la Presse, which is quite rare these days. I had their signature Simmenthal beef tartare. It is skillfully prepared at the table. We had it medium spicy and it was out of this world. The taste, the texture is just a perfection. I also ordered Agneau en Croûte or Lamb Wellington which was an absolute delight. Another dish mastered to a perfection. At one moment I had an illusion of being a jury member at the French cuisine competition and served with a champion dish. Wine list is well balanced and I liked it had some fine half-bottles as well. The only remark I have is for the plateau de fromages. I wish the selection of cheese could be even better. My strong recommendation for anyone looking for an old fashioned small French restaurant in London. And sincere thanks to the team.”

They sent out a set of toilet hinges and then, when they didn't fit, sourced and sent out a different size. I now have a loo seat that doesn't move! I cannot recommend Handy Stores highly enough. Everyone I spoke to was really friendly and they even whatsapped me with pictures of products. Really impressed.”
