“I injured my wrist in a freakish accident 3 years ago. I left it and gradually as I stopped using my arm as much it became weaker and pain developed in my elbow, shoulder and neck. I found Dan on Google and he diagnosed me on the first appointment. He put in place specific programmes which I followed assiduously and 3 months after I was discharged after being in pain for years. My pain is literally gone, my arm feels stronger and I have been going to the gym lifting light weight. I will be adding more weights gradually as I am getting more confident. I have no words to describe how greatfull and thankful we are for Able Estates. Property was always maintained and looked after. Any issues was fixed in hours. “MOTABILITY I came here as a motability customer when a bolt pierced my tyre and it went flat overnight. The chaps here are really nice, they seem to really enjoy their workplace and this really reflects in their work. I had never used Kwikfit before and the man at the desk took the time to explain the process whilst his colleague very quickly replaced my tyre. From the advice given to other customers that I overheard, these guys really know their stuff and have a genuine concern for the state of your vehicle, I would say you could have any work done on your car here with confidence.”

“Empty at peak times, with power rack, bench press, and a weightlifting platform for deadlifts. Overall square foot of this place is smaller, but it has all you'd need, can definitely hit all compound lifts with accessory movements no issues. The biggest plus is the crowd here: very quiet respectful people, no posers, no large chatty groups, amazing environment. Staff extremely friendly, gym membership includes classes if you're into that along with swimming pool (I think), 10/10 for gym goers.”
