London high road eats in Greenford

“It's good to have a decent pub back in Greenford. Greeted by the best looking barmaids I've seen for ages. The place was quiet but had a lovely feel about it. Lots of Irish themed nick knacks on the walls (the cottage room reminds me of my Grandma's house) Guinness was spot on @ £4 a pint. The Manager brought us over a bowl of chips (nice touch). All staff & Manager really friendly and I can't fault the service. Will be back again soon.”

“I had the Pani Puri, lamb chops and Saag Paneer. I've never had Pani Puri before but I would definitely recommend it in this restaurant, you put the spicy water into the ball with the chickpea and potato, then eat the hole thing in one bite. It's an excellent starter, I'll have it again the next time I visit.”

“Sito’s bakery really is a hidden gem! Working locally, this will now be my new go to for my coffee breaks. Not only is the food all delicious and so reasonably priced, but the lovely gentleman who served me deserves this to be everyone’s new local! He is so lovely, and I can’t wait to go in weekly to a friendly face.”

“There are so many combination that make a burger good but these guys make the greatest burger in the UK meaning the combination is spot on to a soft bun that melts away so you can taste the meat and the juices of it with the cheese and sauce and really enjoy every bite. You won't want it to end. I'm that guy that goes Dubai to get a decent burger smash and slide gona save me a whole bunch as won't now need to do as many trips as this burger is up there with my top Dubai ones and is by far the best and I mean by far the best I've had in the UK”

“This caf is run by three brothers. It's very clean, and has great food. The pesto sauce on the salad is home made by one of the brothers. I highly recommend it! Service is excellent.”

“We had a lovely afternoon lunch of chicken shish, salmon, prawns, hallumi served with lovely flatbread and cous cous. The restaurant was clean and bright. Staff super friendly and the new manager made us feel very welcome and helpful with food choices. Still full a day later!”

“We really enjoyed our first meal at Crispy Dosa. We ordered pani poori, bhel poori, Mysore Dosa and mix veg uthappam. Service was excellent, food was delicious, and the portions just right. Our daughter (4) and son (10months) liked the pani poori and uthappam best (their first time having these dishes). Dad's dosa was too spicy for them but was enjoyed by the adults so quickly I didn't take a picture! Atmosphere has a nice chilled out canteen vibe, and we were the only table at the time.”
