I had a wonderful experience and full diagnostic from his colleague Chris who went through everything fully and explained all the workings of the heating system in a a very thorough way and made non pressurised recommendations. Charged a very small call out fee (unlike most) so cant thank them enough for their stress free response. Many thanks Ashley for sending Chris.”
