Roman attended and cleaned the area that was jammed and got this working again however the part was old and this then broke thereafter, we called and Roman came back with the replacement part and fixed this for us without any issues, I am extremely happy with Roman and the work completed. Roman also entered the house with shoe protect covers on as well to ensure no dirt was taken throughout the house. Very lovely gent”

Before booking I was given a tour and was very impressed with the fact that there was air conditioning and heating available to suit different weather conditions. This cattery is a lovely family run business that continued care and accommodate our 2 cats even though we were hours late to collect them from their 8 days stay and at no extra cost. The cost was very reasonable and even though I had the full amount at time of booking only a deposit was asked of me. Will definitely use the service again in the future.”
