Rang the pharmacy at 11.45pm to request if they can keep open another 20 mins (close at 12am), as I had to drive about 12 miles to get this urgent medication. “Open until very late which was really helpful. I was flying out the following morning and realised I didn’t have enough medication. Called 111, the Pharmacy got in touch and accessed my records to be able to prescribe my medication instantly so that I had enough meds whilst I was away! Brilliant! Only thing is no driving access, so you have to park your car a little further away and walk through the town centre which isn’t always lit up and can be slightly scary.”

“I had my 4th booster at Berg today (had 3rd one at that place before). Walked in no issue no queues. Very quick and profesional service and very friendly staff. I’m surprised by some reviews saying staff was rude.. I’ve been there twice and both times everyone was very friendly. Just to add i was turned away at my local pharmacy earlier in the day as i had no underlying issues confirmed by GP.. At Berg got a booster no issue, no questions asked other than standard ones just before getting jab.. Wish I went to them in first place rather than wasting time going to my local Lansbury pharmacy.”
