“I had a facial at My Spa in Richmond. I went there as the reviews online looked great and it offered late evening appointments which is really convenient. Justina was absolutely amazing. It was my first facial and she made me feel super comfortable. My skin was really congested and she went above and beyond to make sure I had great results and even offered advice on skincare products to use day to day. I genuinely couldn’t believe how clean my skin looked afterwards!! I’ll definitely be making this a regular session with Justina - it’s 100% worth the investment. Thank you so much!”

I sat down, had a coffee and we talked about what I wanted and they delivered! “I've been going to see Karen for roughly 7 years now. I visit regularly (approx. every 6-8 weeks). Not only is she just lovely to chat to, but straight-up professional. She knows exactly what I'm after, and being with her for so long, knows how to make my hair work for me. She's great at recommending alterations to my colour, treatments and perfectly accommodates any changes I want to my cut and blow-dry's. Really looks after me well when I'm there - knows I always love a tea, especially during my earlier appointments! Great service and stylist - would always recommend her. Super friendly and welcoming staff. All the barbers know what they're doing and make sure they understand what kinda trim you want. Clean and calm environment. Prices are also very reasonable, have paid more for less elsewhere. Make sure you come early, as there can be a little wait on busier days, justified for the outcome though. Cannot recommend any more - Cheat on your barber, come to Ismail's!”

“I booked into see Georgina at FIFTY on the recommendation of my friend Emma. I needed a trim, then a tie up, then a BIG CUT in order to send a hair donation to The Little Princess Trust. The trust make wigs for children and young adults who loose their hair when going through cancer treatment. After the donation chop (a pony tail of 36 cms) I then had a restyle. Georgina did THE MOST AMAZING JOB! we nattered away throughout and she put me totally at ease. I LOVE my new style and would like to share how wonderful Georgina is.
