What was brilliant was the fact I could order earlier in the day and secure the time I wanted for delivery that evening. When you’re juggling kids and bedtime routine that’s so great! “I've used Rickshaw Travels a number of times. They are my go to travel company for my annual holidays because they are professional, attentive and always deliver. My family and I really enjoy the personal service and Bhavin tailors the holidays based on our requirements. We recently used Rickshaw Travels when I was looking to book a holiday in the Maldives and Dubai. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and we needed separate bookings for other family members who would be meeting us and surprising my wife in Dubai. The logistics were a potential nightmare for me with different requests regarding flight times and durations etc. Bhavin and the team and Rickshaw Travels made the whole process seamless. They spoke directly with the family members and logically assembled a plan that would work for us all. Bhavin secured a lovely resort in the Maldives that was child friendly for a cheaper price than I could find anywhere myself on the internet. The flights and connections including the sea plane were booked with minimal stopover time and he kindly reserved the basset seats at the front of the plane for our baby too. The family arrived in Dubai a few hours earlier than we did and were waiting in the lobby to suprise my wife. It was a fantastic holiday and it wouldn't have been possible without the help of Rickshaw Travels. I cannot recommend Rickshaw Travels highly enough. We have used them for years and will continue to do so because it takes the stress out of holiday bookings so we can focus on looking forward to enjoying our time there. The service was incredible, with the staff being very attentive and friendly, ensuring everything was to our liking and having little jokes with us. The food was absolutely fantastic! I wish I could have eaten more! The portions are great sizes for the price, and the starters, mains, and desserts all tasted amazing. I also highly recommend the espresso martini! With us dining on work expense, we asked if we could split the bill for what each of us owed, and the staff were more than accommodating to allow us to do that, and to say we each only had a budget of £35, we got a lot for our money! “We stayed there whilst attending our niece's wedding. The rooms were clean snd luxurious. The staff were attentive and customer service was excellent. The staff responded promptly to questions concerning missing items. Breakfast buffet was delicious and extensive, as part of the wedding party we had our own exclusive dining area.”

“I got my ears pierced here (i would defo recommend increasing the SEO on this as I nearly forgot this was a service!) and the manager Cerys was extremely professional. During my visit a queue quickly formed, but despite this Cerys made sure I was 100% happy with the positioning of where I wanted my ears pieced, remaining very polite, patient, and incredibly friendly the entire time. Of no one’s fault, the piercing gum decided to play up, but Cerys and the team on the floor continued to provide an exceptional service, thank you all. Aside from this experience, I am a regular shopper at Lovisa Watford as I love the products and it’s pretty good value for money too!”

Quality food every time. We also tried the Stuffed Aloo Paratha, Butter Naan, Tadka Dal and Butter Chicken, both were tasty and authentic. The Kadhai Chicken, newly introduced to the menu, is heavenly. *****UPDATED****** We got the Chicken Donner today and it was worth drooling for. Would highly recommend.”

“Got a cappuccino for take away on a absolutely freezing old morning and it was really warming and tasty. Kept my hands warm too. Service was fast as they weren’t very busy as it was very early morning. Staff were smiling and friendly, nice and talkative as well which makes you feel a bit more comfortable Cappuccino tasted very nice and smooth. The standard Costa coffee taste that I’ve come to know and love. Will be returning again.”
