They didn't do any unnecessary work, they made extra effort to see the general health of my car and made recommendations of what needed doing based on their inspection. “Had a loud noise from under my Bmw when slowing down, took it to 3 other garages, one said sound like timing chain, another said wasn't sure would need to do diagnostics, another said could be brakes. Took it then to vk vehicle servicing which I used a while ago, Vuk got in car started up and immediately said its your flexi pipe. He booked me in the next day replaced item, showed me the damaged part. And hey presto noise no longer there. Have since used him again for service, he always notifies you of any problems and sends photo of item on car. He is an excellent mechanic. I have now moved to Norfolk but will still come down and use him as I feel I can trust him to do the work properly.”
