Kizana Japanese Fusion
● Closed“Very good sushi in elegant, yet cosy, settings. The tuna tartare presentation and balance of flavours were up to the level of a Michelin star restaurant and the maki were flavoursome and fresh. We were really impressed by the homemade ice-cream with a selection of unusual flavours including miso and sesame. The staff is extremely welcoming, offering exceptional customer service. Highly recommended!”

Sodaeng Korean Restaurant
● Closed“Loved it. The Korean BBQ is brilliant and well priced. We took our own wine as the corkage was only £2 but I had a Korean beer which was very tasty. Service was impeccable, very polite and lots of questions and able to help with our questions. Great experience having dinner cooked within inches of you and a cooker plate per table!”

Wok & Go Noodles (Shoreditch)
● Closed“These guys are the best! They have tastey gluten-free options if you have such characters in your crew who need sustenance. Further, we live across the street and when I accidentally dumped my roommates' rice in the garbage, she was sad (and maybe a bit hangry) but refused to allow me to buy her more rice. I sneakily went across the street, explained to the 2 men behind the counter, and they just GAVE me a Tupperware container full of rice and refused to let me pay. These ppl are grade A humans. Please buy their delicious food! See attached photo of one of their employees waving at us after this amazing service, as we ecstatically gave them thumbs-ups from our kitchen above street-level.”

Bento Boys
● Closed“I was excited about this new Japanese restaurant that they open just yesterday. I went there today and I would definitely come back again. Staff are very friendly and my meal was really lovely (love the Unagi Don yum)! It does give me nostalgic memories of my trip to Japan in the past. I would recommend to give Bento Boys a try. You deserve a 5 star. ⭐️”

Yangs
● Closed“Being a resident of Hayes for several years, Yangs had a lot to live up to as the previous restaurant was a local favourite and many people are sad to see it go. After visiting for the first time tonight we can safely say that Yangs blows it out of the water! The aubergine signature dish was out of this world and the seabass Futomaki was phenomenal. I think that if this restaurant was in central london the queues would be out the door, not to mention Charles the owner is a great host. We have been traveling extensively in Asia and feel this is a highlight reel of good authentic dishes. We certainly will be back many times!”

Sushi - Sashimi Fuji foods
● Closed“Fantastic little Sushi takeaway and Japanese food mart. The fish was beautiful and fresh, the sushi rice well cooked and the wasabi hot. To top it all, service was exemplary and there are 4 seats in the window where you can eat in, which we did - good job as we went back a few times. Washed down with a few cups of Veg miso made a fantastic Sat morning. One grumble would be the use of those damn plastic fish of soy.... Unnecessary use of plastic guys. Highly recommended though.”
