“Small theatre but great atmosphere and lovely people”

“I booked four nights recently at BGH and absolutely loved it. Staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you, my room was huge and the off street parking was a blessing. I was on a course and the room allowed me peace to study at night. Two minutes walk from the high street, for food or local shops - it was brilliant. Breakfast was available every day and the garden room was gorgeous. My room had two wardrobes, a fridge, a smart TV and free wi-fi. My private shower room was very modern, clean and constantly with warm water and lots of clean fresh towels. I was treated to a wonderful stay at Brentwood guest house and plan on returning very soon for another beautiful, rest filled stay!”

They continue to help and they're lovely people too! It's also great to have a cleaning service that runs no matter who out the team is on holiday - there is always cover.”

“My daughter is 8 and has been attending Adagio for the last 4 years. Mrs Patching is an exceptional teacher as are all her wonderful staff and the level of teaching is to a very high standard. Not only has my daughter excelled in her dancing, her confidence has grown too giving her the erdge to succeed. Adagio is an outstanding dance school giving all the children that attend a chance to make new friends and develop skills that they will take with them through life. I would highly recommend Adagio to anyone.... it truly is a wonderful school :0)”

“Been going to Brads for years now and couldn’t ask for a better haircut. I’d be happy to sit down with any of the barbers, and I always receive a great finished product along with friendly service. Best haircut you’ll find for less than 20 quid in Essex!”

“Maggie May has been going to Pawtopia doggy day care for a number of years. She was a rescue and we were both a bit anxious at the outset. With support and guidance from Luka and his team, Maggie has become a very happy and confident dog. She comes home pleasantly tired and content..and I'm a very pleased mum. I would not hesitate to recommend Pawtopia both for Day Care and Boarding.”

“What a beautiful experience, from start to finish me and my family were treated less like customers and more like... Family. The excellent service was complimented by authentic and delicious Italian food. There were a couple of order miscommunications, but they were resolved quickly and comfortably. Whilst it was a little noisy at first, this was quickly drowned out by a beautiful musical performance from a solo artist creating a unique experience I didn't think could be found in Brentwood. 3 courses with drinks for just £30ish per head for a group of 5, I can't wait to come back. If you like good food and good company, you need to check out Tarantinos.”

“I booked an afternoon tea for nine of us for two friends’ birthdays. I cannot express how helpful the staff were in arranging the booking and arranging for dietary requirements and on the day how friendly and helpful they all were. The afternoon tea was so lovely and the atmosphere at Marygreen Manor was warm and so Christmassy. Would definitely recommend coming here for any special occasion. “One of my favourite Indian restaurant venues and I am very hard to please as I cook and appreciate Indian cuisine in many of its varieties! Very good food, impeccably presented and served in great surroundings. Pleasant staff and nothing is rushed. Service is really first class. Highly recommended if you appreciate subtle yet distinctly flavoured and well presented Indian food....”

“This hotel is immaculately clean,the service was outstanding everywhere , the room had nothing at all wrong with it ,the product range in the bathroom were lovely.Beautifully comfortable bed with great pillows , slept like a baby. We weren't going to have breakfast but OMG ,the choices were outstanding, even down to the sections of breads.We were so pleased that we decided to have breakfast here as this was not the usual mass produced , cheap hotel style fodder,occasioned to other Hotels.The freshly made healthy fruit drink was a lovely extra. The bacon was divine, along with everything else served . The little added extra touches like the fresh flowers etc made our stay adorable. Congratulations to a fantastic team and an extremely well run establishment.Thank you.”

“Nicola is a wonderful dog walker - always reliable and can tell how much she cares about all the dogs she looks after. Our cockapoo absolutely loves going out with her and the other dogs. Nicola always takes the best photos that she shares with you - where you can see how much fun they’re all having.”

“Manager dave at huttons dominos.. dealt with our own mix up like a boss... my other half ordered food and I also.. at the exact same time.. so when my order wasn't correct... manager dave at hutton dominos made sure I got my correct order. Intact I got both orders and was given free cookies.. as originally thought it was a mix up on their end.. thanks to dave and the staff at hutton dominos for their understanding and patience and sorting the whole mess out..
