He really makes the effort to ensure that everything is okay and to escalate appointments where necessary. Despite the additional pressure and strain from the pandemic, he still ensures that each case is reviewed properly and all follow up actions are completed. “This is such a gem of a cattery!! Eric and Linda are so warm and friendly and you can see from visiting, just how much love and attention they give all the cats in their care. The chalets are so well prepared and have everything a cat needs to play and relax. The overall atmosphere is so settling and calm. Our cat, Adam, stayed here for 10 days over the summer and it was reassuring to know he was in this fantastic place! He came back so relaxed and happy - we are so grateful to Linda and Eric for taking such great care of him!”

He was so helpful and even showed us the external water stop in case of an emergency + explained that we needed to reduce the water pressure as it was straining the old pipework. Would definitely recommend them and I would definitely use Allen & Co again”
