“I am always very happy with the service I receive from the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff - 10/10 - and I always leave absolutely satisfied. I do like the shop layout, mirrors and furniture; they're lovely and stylish. The look and feel of the place is far from an ordinary shoe shop. I am amazed at the extreme comfort and fit of Hotter's shoes; never have I owned anything so comfortable (I own three pairs). Wide fit shoes are also available which is great if, like me, you struggle to find wide fitting comfortable shoes elsewhere.”

Their strategy is honestly and transparency when others made people view our house when they were not even interested by the area and were looking for a totally different geographical area. Tamara has not just found the buyer she also spent time coordinating communication between the buyer’s solicitor and our solicitor. “A delightful independent café in Kingston town centre serving up great coffee and freshly cooked fare. The owner is always a pleasure to talk to and the staff are friendly and thoughtful. Fortunella takes pride in everything it does - and it does it well. The rather splendid Redchurch espresso blend (by Allpress) provides the foundation to all their coffee, and what better way to enjoy it than in one of their large flat whites. You don’t often see those on offer! Breakfast is just as splendid as the coffee, with lots of breakfast staples on offer made with high quality ingredients. Full English was on point - love the flavourful herby sausage and sourdough toast on the side.”

“I recently used Romans to let out my property in Staines-Upon-Thames and have been delighted with the service they provided. I advertised my property through their website after a really thorough and helpful meeting with one of their estate agents, Akash. This was my first experience of leasing out a property and Akash took the time to explain all the services they could provide in great detail and advised me based on his experience which was so helpful. I actually liaised with three estate agents in the area to advertise my property, but Romans stood out above the rest. The tenant moved in just as the lockdown was enforced and I was worried about the continuity of service. But Romans dealt with everything professionally and efficiently. When there were any issues to be resolved, another estate agent, Alex has been very helpful in getting things done during the lockdown. I’ve recently been helped by Heather who has gone above and beyond to provide an excellent customer service, particularly helping me when my boiler broke down and I was having trouble getting a British Gas engineer to come out to fix it. She is always really happy to help with any query. She deals with everything very quickly and efficiently - no complaints! I’ve had excellent customer service from Jessica Phillips, my property manager who has dealt with all my queries efficiently and effectively. I really appreciate her going above and beyond to sort things out.”
